Bimshire is a real estate investment company that focuses on high rent, low cost investments in gentrifying neighborhoods of medium-sized cities. Besides delivering a good return on investment for investors, Bimshire plans to revitalize neighborhoods to make them safer and more family friendly; in the process, the real estate value of all investments improve. It’s a synergistic relationship. Average investment size if 50k and the average holding period is indefinite. We are looking for investors who can contribute 100k towards the development of each investment portfolio. Our goal is to reach 100 houses. Bimshire was founded by two business partners who bring together over 30 years of real estate experience.
